1. What products does Jasmine & Threads offer?

We specialize in women’s fashion — offering a mix of Indian ethnic wear and Western outfits, designed with elegance, comfort, and trend in mind.

2. How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order by browsing our collection, selecting your desired product, choosing the right size, and clicking Add to Cart → Checkout. You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is placed.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes , we offer Cash on Delivery across most locations in India. COD availability will be shown at checkout.

Other Locations: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

After dispatch, we’ll send you a tracking ID and courier partner link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order online anytime.

7. What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer 7-day easy returns & exchanges. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Sale items, customized products, and accessories are not eligible.

8. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes , we offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping charge (₹49–₹99) applies.
